History: This building served as a fire hall from 1937-1968. The museum remodeled the building prior to occupying it in 1970. The diamond-pane windows, brackets and shutters were salvaged from a home at Prairie Center that was destroyed by fire. It is no longer used for the museum.

Description: Commercial building. Wood frame set on concrete foundation, 2 stories; stucco with vertical shiplap siding on 1st floor of west façade; tar-papered flat roof. Exterior features include diamond-pane sash with plain surrounds; 1/1 double-hung sash; shutters on 2nd floor windows on west façade.
