History:  This house was constructed c. 1905, possibly from two houses joined together.  The shed roof porch and bulkhead were later additions to the structure.  The Trumbull’s purchased the home from Jack Armstrong in 1949, and made changes to the exterior throughout the years.  The Trumbull’s operated a General Store located in the false front building to the west of this house during the 1940-1950’s.  The current owners Mr. and Mrs. Ike Iverson, purchased the home from Dr. Morton in 1983.  They added the fence and flower boxes to the porch on the south façade.

Description:  Vernacular Residence.  Wood frame set on concrete foundation;  L-shape ( 28’ x 32’ ) ;  3 bays wide; 1 ½-stories.
