History: Originally built in Oak Harbor, moved to San de Fuca in 1932 by John Neinhuis. Served as a home until Neinhuis began to farm. Lewis purchased the property in 1971 and remodeled in 1978.

Description: Vernacular cabin. Wood frame set on cement foundation; rectangle (12’ x 18’); 1 bay wide, 1-story, wood shingle siding. 1 ½ story, 3 bays wide after remodeling.
