My fiance and I bought our first house with Ralph as our realtor, and let me start by saying I cannot recommend him enough. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were getting into or where to start, when my mother in law recommended Ralph to us. Everything that you hear/read about realtors is the opposite of what you’ll get if you choose Ralph. From the very beginning Ralph went above and beyond to understand our situation and made sure that we were absolutely certain about buying a home in these tumultuous times and ensured that we were comfortable with the risks that come with buying a property (being in our early twenties we had no idea about some of the things he mentioned and wanted us to think over). Never once during the home buying process did we feel rushed/pressured to buy a home or to go above our budget. When touring properties Ralph made sure to take note of what things we did and didn’t like in a home and applied it going forward in future tours. Ralph is a forward thinker and a genuinely caring person, you can tell he’s not just in it for the money but genuinely cares for the people he’s working with. Working with Ralph felt more and more like working with a friend the longer the process went on and we both couldn’t be more grateful to have someone like him in our corner. Ralph makes you feel like you’re his only client and again, went above and beyond answering all of our questions, explaining things to us step by step, and made sure that we were well informed and comfortable every step of the way. There were many long days and nights where we had our worries and Ralph talked us through it all. As if that wasn’t enough, Ralph has many connections that made the entire process much easier. He was able to connect us with a mortgage broker, inspectors for the house, and even carpenters when we mentioned potentially wanting to change the carpets in our new home. Going forward, I know that we will both be life long clients of Ralph and I have someone that I feel completely confident recommending to friends, family and loved ones.
