In addition to the Celtic Gardens visitors can enjoy the nature trail, an ancient ring fort (fairy fort), thatched roundhouse and crannog, and the calendar sundial, the largest in Ireland. The Nature's Power project is the start of a more sustainable era at Brigit's Garden, in which we are reducing our carbon footprint and introducing new features to educate and inspire visitors about green energy and sustainable living. These are wildlife gardens, designed to reflect the West of Ireland landscape and managed to encourage biodiversity.
