I sometimes write letters to myself (either past Carly or future Carly) and I sometimes write letters to friends.

Drinking water also helps because it gives me a little break and something else to think about. Just standing under the shower and literally cleaning up can make the inside of my head feel much more organized. If I'm super stressed I do a few yoga poses (Tree helps me find stillness, Camel releases emotions stored in the back) or turn on a fun song and hoop it out!

I never thought about washing my hair to relieve stress, but it sounds like the perfect thing to do.
