The book lover in me delighted in the fact that I was sent a copy of 100 Ways to Boost Your Self-Confidence: Believe In Yourself and Others Will Too to review on the self help blog.
Irregardless of your supporting cast, your level of self-confidence can (and should) be built up and strengthened. If you struggle with self-confidence, this wonderful, inspirational, and informative book will become your new best friend. A person grows whenever he or she thinks, contemplates, and dreams.  Your ideas, reflections, and even random thoughts can build your self-confidence, but you have to be aware of them to get the full benefit.
Research tells us that the human brain can think of five to nine things at the same time, so it can be a bit challenging to isolate and identify the confidence-building thoughts from those that do you no good. Welcome to Self Help Daily, a blog devoted to helping you create the reality of your dreams. Walking into the self-help aisle of your local Barnes & Noble or logging onto Amazon can be a bit daunting.

Hollywood psychotherapists, Stutz and Michels, have created a groundbreaking book about personal growth, that provides an effective set of five tools that bring about dynamic change.
This is by far one of my favorite parenting books for girls, or anyone who works with them. Cool, Calm, and Confident: A Workbook to Help Kids Learn Assertiveness Skills by Lisa Schab. This entry was posted in Self Confidence, Self Esteem Girls, Self Esteem Issues, Self Esteem Kids and tagged book for self-esteem, books for anxiety, books for children, confidence building, How full is your bucket, parenting books, parenting girls, Princess Recovery, self-esteem and anxiety, self-esteem building, The Tools. This adorable book teaches children how to fill their mental “bucket” by being kind and building confidence.
100 Ways to Boost Your Self-Confidence will literally help you change your life by changing the way you feel about yourself. The opening chapters point out the importance of having confidence in yourself and even include 10 Instant Confidence Builders.  The book proceeds to give the reader over 100 ways to boost their self confidence.

The educational component, learning how one develops anxiety and low self-esteem is invaluable and the exercises have proven to be nothing less than a success. The Tools offers a solution to the biggest complaint patients have about traditional therapy, “the interminable wait for change to begin.” The authors use a language that we can all identify with and provide insight and strategic tools to build confidence and release fear.
Apparently a lot of people know that because one of the subject areas I hear from my readers the most about is Self Confidence.
Hartstein gives readers insight into what our young girls are going through developmentally and how our culture impacts their sense of self.
