I have problem waking up for fajr, light morning exercise routine, lucid dreaming techniques, how to eat a high protein vegan diet - Review

You feel high with Eman, you’ve prayed your witr, read some Quran, and even though you’ve got 2 hours to sleep till fajr, you’re certain you’ll wake up because you’ve set your mind, heart and body to make sure you wake up.
There are days when deep down you really don’t want to wake up, you hope that you “oversleep” so you feel less guilty about it, and Allah may have mercy upon you and still wake you up, and that’s when the battle with the snooze alarm starts and the classic shaytaan trick “just 5 more minutes…” begins.
With these 2 scenarios, one details a feeling deep down inside that you’re definitely waking up, and another where you know you won’t wake up because deep down inside you don’t want to and you’re not ready to take the fight against shaytaan of waking up in the morning. Wudu before sleep: Ibn Abbas reported that Allah’s Messenger said: “Purify these bodies and Allah will purify you, for there is no slave who goes to sleep in a state of purity but an Angel spends the night with him, and every time he turns over, [the Angel] says, ‘O Allah! Read some Quran: Ending the day with verses of the Noble Quran will sure put your focus straight on waking up for salaat.
Remember the rewards attached to Fajr Salaat: from being safe from being a hypocrite, to having light on the day of judgement, to being under Allah’s protection the whole day, to having laziness removed from us that day and being productive.
Nap in the afternoon: Another lifehack, taken from the Sunnah and recommended by many, make sure you nap in the afternoon, for just 20 minutes! Promise yourself a grand breakfast if you wake up for Fajr: I’m a breakfast guy, so if I wake up early, I sure like to have a big breakfast.
The verses above show the proactive nature that every ProductiveMuslim should have in giving dawah to people. When you’re productive because you have to, it will only get you so far, and eventually you won’t be able to continue as you may lose focus or grow tired of pushing yourself. Have 2 alarm clocks (or even 3!); put one next to you and the other(s) away from you in a different locations in the room.

Slowly train yourself to wake up with one alarm only (ideally with an adhan for its benefits). I have also found it that if your consistant, you automaticly wake up and maybe it is the angels like you mentioned cause, the alarm has not gone off yet, but you wake up, It Feels SOOO good mashallah.
And I don’t mean wake up for a day or two, but how do you keep waking up for fajr, constantly, everyday, without fail. In fact, sometimes you keep on waking in the middle of the night thinking it’s fajr time out of fear that you’re going to miss it. Sometimes i look forward to my breakfast from the afternoon before, and just like a small reward, treat yourself to a massive breakfast in the morning.
If you think of new ideas, or you have other ways to wake up for fajr and hence keep up your productivity boost, give me a shout in the comments section below! Here’s a man (we call him the Yaseen man because the story is mentioned in Surat Yaseen), who had no need to go and proclaim his faith to his people; he could have easily sat at home, comfortably believing in Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) and letting the Messengers deal with the people. We’re happy to sit comfortably in our homes and never proclaim our faith to anyone nor perform any action which would have lasting social impact. But when you’re productive out of thankfulness to Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) for all the blessings He bestowed upon you, it’s as if you have a burning fire within you that’s constantly fueling you to stay productive in anything you do. He, may Allah have mercy on him, wrote in one of his books: ‘One must know the value of his time and its great importance, so that he should not waste even one moment except in worship, and should use it for the best, in order of priority, in speech and action. The final alarm is the loudest and still set well before fajr time expires, or congregation finishes.

I can vouch for some of your tips cause they are some of the ones I have been using since I started to really take the deen seriously alhamdillah and they work! Also I have had some creepy stuff happen too lol one time I was certain somebody brushed up against my blanket and I was completly asleep but when that happend I woke straight up and got ready for Fajr, kinda weird (there was nobody in the room) also anothe crazy instance was where something fell in my closet right before the alarm went off, I was sleeping and all of sudden, I hear that and get right up!!! Trust me, for the past 3 years, I’ve mastered the 20 min nap, and everytime it never fails to rejuvenate me. May ALLAH SWT forgive all your sins and grant you the highest level in Jannah for your efforts. One’s intention to seek goodness must ever be present, with no slackness, as much as the body is able to bear, for as the hadith says: “The intention of the believer is better than his action”. For there are those who have been blessed by Allah by being rich and not needing to work, and you find them sitting in the markets most of the day looking at people, watching many an evil thing.
Most importantly, thank Allaah for reviving your life and giving you another day’s chance – there was no guarantee that you would ever wake up!
