I look forward to learning more of myself, and feel I am at a mature enough time of my current state to be disciplined enough to continue with these teachings. As you have plenty of time you can meditate for as long as you feel comfortable, you cannot overdo it. But I could move freely and normally but the coldness was indescribable as if attached to ice slabs, rest of the body was warm as usual.
