For example, you might consult a stylist or style blog first, then throw out or recycle your old clothes, and then finally buy new ones. The most important thing here is that you develop a usable strategy for building self-esteem, and that you take action. Next, you must list your insecurities and obstacles to really being successful at building your self-esteem.
