For months now, I've
been enjoying the process of hosting private challenges for my
subscribers. I polled my readers and many wanted me to host a
challenge where we build an affiliate site.
So starting January
1st (and yes, it's okay if you're late because the challenge will
always be there for you to follow along with), we're going to
start at the beginning and build one simultaneously!
What Will We Do in the
Challenge?
This challenge is
going to show you the way I myself do things when it comes to
affiliate marketing. I'll share one of the most important things
about this process - the way I go through the thought process.
You see, one of
the problems with all these brilliant info products you buy on
the market today is that you're seeing the polished, finished
version. You're not seeing that six figure guru sitting there
saying, "Oh no! That domain's taken, now what do I
do?" Or, "Oh shoot, how do I write about a 9-inch
square plate in a review?"
This kind of
thought process unraveling before your eyes is priceless, and
it's what I LOVE to share with my private groups.
Here's a breakdown
of what will be involved in the challenge where we spend 10 days
of set up and 21 days of content creation.
By the time we're
done, you'll have a site set up and the momentum going where you
can keep things running on your own. I'll personally be using a
mix of Azon and CB and maybe some other programs, with an
emphasis on tangible promotions.
But you can tailor
your site however you want!

About the Challenge Specifics
Let's look at how
this thing will work...
Who:
This challenge is
for anyone who is ether a beginner or a quitter (you know who you
are) and who wants to start an affiliate site of their own. You
can be a lurker or you can be a participant if you want and enjoy
some camaraderie and support along the way.
The group will be
CLOSED to the public, so only those who paid for the course will
be participating alongside you.
What:
The challenge will
show you how I build an affiliate site, conduct research and build
a following in a new niche. I'll be creating content, doing
product reviews, and more.
I will be on hand to
help brainstorm with you if you get stuck and to offer guidance or
ideas as well as public critiques of content (this was amazing in
my PLR private group)!
When:
Officially, I'll be
posting daily from January 1st to the 31st, but you are welcome to
come as often or infrequently as you want. Although, I hope you'll
participate and take action. "What if it's March and I'm just
now seeing this?"
No worries! The
content and comments will always stay up so you can join in
whenever, even replying to others' comments and getting my help as
you go.
Where:
Right on my blog. I
want it laser focused, and this is a place where you can log in,
go through the lesson of the day, read comments and participate,
and log off so you're taking action. I do not want people stuck
floundering on Facebook in a group where we ALL know, a lot of
time wasting happens.
You should be
focused on THAT day's lesson and then logging out to get your task
done. (Learned this from my mentor and it's helped me achieve 6
figures, by the way).
Why:
Only you can decide
your why. For me, my Why is because I enjoy the niche(s) I'm in
now, but I really want a specific kind of non IM niche site that
I've been drawn to for ages.
I ENJOY learning and
sharing and the niche I'm choosing is one where I'm a TOTAL newbie,
so you'll see me break into a niche as a nobody and keep going
through the year.
How:
You don't have to
worry that this is some super sneaky method of getting you to
then fork over some 4-figure amount for a high ticket item.
Nope. This is it.
We're going to do
it all, and while I may use certain tools like Aweber, you have
free options at your disposal like MailChimp.
What Do
