Ingredients
Olive oil
Garlic salt
Provolone cheese (
imported is preferred
)
Mozzarella cheese
Ricotta cheese
Romano cheese
Broccoli as desired (
fresh or frozen
)
Black pepper
Use a pre-made dough or go to
chicagobrickoven.com
for a homemade
dough recipe.
Instructions
Preheat your outdoor brick oven.
Saute broccoli if fresh or thaw if frozen.
Grate and mix provolone and mozzarella
cheeses (
2 parts provolone to 1 part mozzarella
).
Brush a thin coat of olive oil over the entire
pizza shell.
Spread a generous coating of the cheese
mixture over shell.
Add ricotta (
small hand scoops a few inches apart
).
Add broccoli (
as desired
).
Sprinkle black pepper, as desired, and bake.
Add grated Romano cheese before serving.
peanut butter s ’mores
Ingredients
Several large marshmallows as desired
Sweetened chocolate squares
Graham crackers
Peanut butter
Instructions
Unwind and clean wire coat hangers or
prepare sticks for roasting marshmallows.
Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on
half of a graham cracker.
Place a chocolate square or two on top of
peanut butter graham cracker and set aside.
Roast 1-2 large marshmallows to
preference over an open flame.
Place hot roasted marshmallows on top of
chocolate squares and top with other half
of the graham cracker.
Enjoy!
Optional:
Spread peanut butter over the second
half of the graham cracker before placing it on top
of the roasted marshmallows for an extra yummy treat.
Maintenance is easy with a quick sweep
of the broom or blower. Leaves and debris
will soon disappear.
