One of the most value-for-money keyboards around, you get 76 piano-style keys with graded soft touch action, which is not really weighted but good for playing most piano songs.
The Yamaha psr-e443 is a synth focus portable keyboard that comes with a massive selection of sounds and some pro features. The keyboards and pianos that are mentioned here are unlike synthesizers and do not give you lots of editing features. The products listed here are for home use, and most come with digital features such as built-in sequencer, midi and headphone connectivity, and can also be connected to external amplifiers. If you are seeking a portable piano, then you will definitely need a good piano style pedal for better playing. Arranger workstation keyboards with pro features for the budget conscious musicians, composers, performers and entertainers. An advanced keyboard that has a multitude of features for the user that wants more from their keyboard. The CP1 is certainly a flagship model from Yamaha, featuring imitation ivory action and a newly designed wood.
The CP1 Stage Piano, unlike its siblings, is entirely dedicated to acoustic and electric pianos, which sound quite spectacular.
The best of both innovation and tradition are incorporated into the design of this world-class 88-key electronic keyboard. Yamaha specifically designed every part of the Yamaha CP1 Stage Piano so that its commitment to making a long-lasting and timeless 88-key stage piano keyboard would be reflected. Apparently, Yamaha has made sure that the player would find it easy using this piano in performance considering the layout of the intuitive user interface, knobs, and switches.
Controls: When playing this Yamaha CP1 Stage Piano, everything is right there in front of the piano player. Feel: The CP1 has a very natural weighting, which means that it is not too heavy, perhaps like alight to medium grand piano. The CP1 also has a Spectral Component Modeling system for generating tones, so the sound of both acoustic and vintage electronic pianos is recreated quite marvelously.

The bottom line is that the Yamaha CP1 Stage Piano is an incredibly expression piano with perfect combination of tone and touch, and outstanding quality, making it ideal for onstage performances. Prior to exiting the store I went to the Music department to check out some of the new equipments from Yamaha. The software should come with the keyboard.  Once you have that, connect a USB cable to the E403 and in the software,  click on musical instrument and flash memory.
After many hours of frustration I was able to locate a website in Los Angeles that offers to sell Lao music styles. If you would like to share yours with the community please shoot me an email and I will post it. These are perfect for beginners looking for their first keyboard and experienced players who have grown up playing electronic keyboards and now wish to upgrade to a better instrument. Perfect for your music school as well as you can buy several pieces and use them for teaching keyboards. You get 61 touch keys and hundreds of voices and styles; It comes with touch-sensitive keys, and a much better sound, and has everything that you need to get started right away. Additional features include Backlit LCD, panel lights, pitch bend wheel, 6-track sequencer, USB & Flash ROM to download new Songs and Styles for playing.
But then they do really dominate this segment and have some excellent products in the home keyboard segment.
Budget keyboards from Yamaha and Casio, you will find keyboard pianos ranging from 61 keys to 76 keys. These keyboards can be used for songwriting as well because of their variety of built-in styles, to quickly come up with nice sounding tracks. By today’s standards, the earlier electric and electric-acoustic CP pianos from Yamaha were too heavy.
The three-dimensional sound that is emitted by large concert pianos has been captured by the CP1, which can truly be heard through the megabuck monitor system in a recording studio. Yamaha completely redesigned the sound technology in this CP1 stage piano from the ground up. This piano has classic side panels made of wood and the top has a vintage texture, so memories of classic pianos from the past tend to resurface.
The CP1 stage piano keyboard from Yamaha makes a striking visual statement by bringing together all of these design elements quite impressively. In other words, it offers the most realistic feel in comparison to many other digital pianos. This technology responds to the touch of the player, so more creative expression becomes possible than was ever before.

The thing that got my attention was the newer model of Yamaha Keyboard – Yamaha YPT.  This is great! And for the sake of completeness we will talk about mini keyboards as well (less than 61 keys). Features include 44 mini keys and easy-to-read LCD display which shows the useful song data selections. 150 rhythms, sampling function, new Voice Pads and ability connect a CD or MP3 player via the audio input so that you can play along to your favorite song on the keyboard. Addition features include 32 Notes of Polyphony, 367 high-quality tones, and good sound quality.
But if budget plays a big factor in your purchase, the cheaper models are worth checking out.
However, it is this heaviness that made them an industry standard for those who wanted to get real piano sound on the stage, when touring with an acoustic piano was not possible. The cutting edge and state-of-the-art technology that has been incorporated should also become apparent. When looking at the CP1, it can be seen that Yamaha paid a lot of attention on detail and quality in all the components.
It has quite a bright screen, and parameters on the CP1, such as hammer hardness, will prove to be very useful.
A special NW-STAGE action was also developed by Yamaha for this piano, which means that the CP1 will easily meet the demands of professional piano players as well. This content is provided 'as is' and is subject to change or removal at any time without prior notice.
It comes with 100 sounds, 50 rhythm patterns, 10 Song Bank tunes which is good enough considering this is a mini-keyboard.
These PSR E keyboards are great for students, children or anyone who is just starting out on keyboards. For instance, the display is in brilliant vacuum fluorescent, the volume knob is made of brushed aluminum, and the Yamaha logo is lighted. Also includes phrase-by-phrase practice feature to help you learn the built-in songs with ease. If you are not sure whether a child or student is serious about learning to play keyboard, by all means buy the lower priced PSR E243, or even a PSR E343 for that matter. If money is an issue you'll miss out on some great additional features but still have a remarkable keyboard (the PSR S-750).
