Using the Advanced Search on the tool tracking session provides the user with additional filtering capability of the tools located within the system.

The following Advanced Search filters are available:

• Hide Deactivated -  filters out all tools that have been deactivated
• Status - filters for all tools in a particular status (i.e. On Order, Active, Inactive Scrapped, Inactive Service, Inactive Backup)
• Supplier Asset ID - filters by unique supplier identification
• Supplier Asset Name - filters by unique supplier name of tool
• Sub Tier Suppler Name - filters tool being maintained by a sub tier supplier
• Previous Asset ID - filters for a tool identified by a previous asset ID
• Hide Deactivated - when checked will filter out all deactivated tools from the search results from the filter criteria
• Supplier Asset ID - filter by a unique supplier asset ID
• Supplier Asset Name - filter by an asset name used by the supplier
• Show Tools at Sub-Tier Supplier Only - filter assets used by a Tier II supplier
• Previous Asset ID - filter tools for a previous asset ID that was used
• Production Family 

       All - default brings up all tools regardless if they are linked to a production family or not

       Fail - filters for tools that are not currently linked to a production family

       Pass - filters for tools that are currently linked to a production family 

• Missing Key Data - when selected will filter tools that are missing key data
• Filter by Active, New, New Supplier, On Order - filters all tools that are in one of four status states
• Product Code - when checked and Go is clicked will populate drop down selection filter with available product codes
• Other Group, Brand,Platform filters which are available only if a particular plant or owner partner has been selected from main search filter
