Using Excel to View PFEP Data

Exporting to Excel provides a summarized view of data stored for PFEP documents.   Exporting to Excel can be useful to analyze your data further.

Note:  Filters can be used to narrow down what data is going to be exported.


To download data stored in a PFEP document:


  1. From the Planning for Every Part session, click Export.
  2. Choose which data gets downloaded by using the drop down selection menu.
  3. Select E-Mail Copy if a large export is occurring to prevent losing the report if the system times out before download has completed.



  1. Click Open.   An Excel worksheet containing all key PFEP data will now be displayed on your computer.
  2. Save this file to your hard drive or print to use as a worksheet to gather missing data.
