The PFEP Progress Report is a customizable reporting system providing key insights for users. Below is a summary of the various reports that can be displayed.

The PFEP Life Cycle Progress depicts:          

• For a particular supplier the progress of each Plan for Every Part (PFEP) along the PFEP Life Cycle.
• How many PFEPs are missing packaging data.

The Supplier Capacity Summary depicts:

• A supplier's capacity to supply parts.
• How many of the Plan for Every Parts (PFEPs) are missing key capacity data.

The Supplier Capacity Details describes:

• A snapshot of each production family and/or individual part, including the number of PFEPs assigned, annual capacity, weekly capacity, annual demand, average weekly demand, weekly peak, number of days until peak, % of annual capacity, and % weekly capacity vs weekly peak.
• How many PFEPs are missing the Production Family data.

The Supplier Lead Time Summary depicts based on the supplier's input of Tier 2 lead time, process lead time and transportation lead time:

• Those plants that are impacted with lead times on parts greater than 8 weeks.
• How many PFEPs are missing lead time data.

The Tool Tracking Summary depicts:

• The number of active tool assets being used by a particular supplier
• The projected end of life status of those tools
• Number of tool assets that still need to be linked to a production family, missing parts per cycle definition and/or missing total tool life in cycle definition.

The Tool Tracking Details includes for each tool asset:

• Identification, supplier location, and owner characteristics
• A snapshot of each tool asset’s end of life status, including the number of parts in the production family being created from the tool, the twelve month family demand, remaining parts available, action plan, supplier and owner comments

The Kanban Loop Size dashboard will reflect the comparison between

• "Current Loop Size" reflected in the Point of Use section of the Product Data Sheet as imported from the ERP system
• "Standard Kanban Loop size" or  "Dynamic Kanban Loop size" depending on the calculation activated by the major node

Validation Grids depicts for each data element being validated:

• What is the percent that pass (defined) to the percent that fail (undefined).

Audit Status report depicts:

• The audit status of each PFEP that has been filtered

PFEP Activity depicts in a time frame specified:

• Number of PFEPs created
• Number of PFEPs that went obsolete
• Number of PFEPs that went active from obsolete
• Number of PFEPs with duplicates
• Number of PFEPs updated

Show Progress depicts the % Complete  by the Group selected:

• PFEP Group
• Item Group
• Project
• Customer
• Supplier
• External Delivery Method
