Cleanup of the comment history log maybe necessary to reduce the number of old comments.  This functionality is only available through userid permission.

To remove comments from the comment history:

1. Click Comments at the top of the Product Data Sheet.
2. When the Comment dialog window appears, click View Comment History.

    

3. Click the RED X next to the comment you would like to remove from the comment history table.
