If you are ordering parts using FMRP Workbench, you can specify when the MRP Area Supplying Items record is no longer valid.

To change the abolish date of more than one item:

1. Select the MRP Area Supplying Items records you would like to change the abolish date.
2. Enter the new abolish date in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click Abolish Selected Items.
