Loading the Master Production Schedule (MPS)

The Load MPS Schedule session is used to load a master production schedule from an external system. The FMRP workbench will upload the schedule in the order that is defined in the spreadsheet.

Download MPS Schedule

Downloads all records in the Load MPS Schedule table

Clear MPS Schedule

Clears all records in the Load MPS Schedule table

Load Production String

Loads the selected production string with the records in the Load MPS Schedule table

Delete Orders in MPS and Start Over

Deletes all records in the Load MPS Schedule table

To upload the Master Production Schedule: 


  1. Using the Advanced menu, click Order Acquisition > Load MPS Schedule. 


  1. Click Download MPS Schedule. 
    -The downloaded spreadsheet will provide the template to load the MPS. Make sure the data you provide matches the column order of this spreadsheet. 
  2. If records already exist in the table, click Clear MPS Schedule. 
  3. Enter the MPS data into the spreadsheet. 
  4. Save the document. 
  5. Select Choose File. 
  6. Select Upload File. 
  7. The uploaded data will be displayed in the table below.
