1. Scan barcode on rack label.  At this point, three screens may occur.

2. Click Load and Print Rack

• Processing Complete message will appear. 
• Pick and Pack list will automatically be printed.
• Re-Print can be used if a second list is needed. 

3. If a large display is being used, you can view the pick sequence by selecting Show Pick Sequence.
   
   
   
   
4. The sequenced rack is now ready to be picked. 
5. Click Home.
6. Select Pick & Pack Sequenced Rack. 
7. Scan the barcode on the sequenced rack.

• The unique id for the rack will appear on your hand-held computer.
• The session sorts the pick list by the first item to be picked. 
• You will see:
• Item
• Staging Area
• Location
• Quantity
• Slot Location In Rack

8. Scan the Part Number barcode from the staging area location to verify part was picked.

9. The session will display next part to be picked or indicate all parts have been picked.
10. Move the completed sequenced rack to the correct outbound staging area.

• Note: Before a sequenced rack can be used again, it must be at status Empty. 
• Use the session Scan RFID/Barcode to empty a rack.
