Filters PFEP results to display only PFEPs with missing MRP Area Item Records. 

Assign Documents to PFEP User Group

Updates the PFEP’s User Group by selection in the results table. 

Assign Selected Documents to Project

Updates the PFEP’s Project by selection in the results table. 

Set Phase for Selected Documents

Updates the PFEP’s Phase by selection in the results table. 

Set Status for Selected Documents

Updates the PFEP’s Status by selection in the results table. 

Set Assigned To for Selected Documents

Displays the supplying partner's information in a pop up window. 

Show Obsolete

Includes obsolete PFEPs in the results table. 

Show All Columns

Displays all columns available in the PFEP Maintenance session. 

Show PFEPs Missing Key Data

Displays all PFEPs missing key data. 

Show Valid PFEP

Displays all valid PFEPs.

Release

Releases an individual PFEP record to production. This takes the user to the Release Item to Production Session. 

Validate

After a PFEP has been released, it can be validated. This takes the user to the Release Item to Production Session. 

Not In Project

Filters all PFEPs not assigned to a project. 

With Material Releases and Ship-To Comment

Displays all PFEPs with a material release and Ship-To. 

Use Creation Time

Filters PFEPs by creation time.
