Using Excel to View PFEP Data

Exporting to Excel provides a summarized view of data stored for PFEP documents.   Exporting to Excel can be useful to analyze your data further.

Note:  Filters can be used to narrow down what data is going to be exported.


To download all data stored in a PFEP document:


  1. From the Planning for Every Part session, click Export.



  1. Click Open.   An Excel worksheet containing all key PFEP data will now be displayed on your computer.
  2. Save this file to your hard drive or print to use as a worksheet to gather missing data.


To download key data stored with regards to packaging:


  1. From the Planning for Every Part session, click Export Key Data Only.
  2. Click Open.


To download key data that includes capacity and lead time:


  1. From the Planning for Every Part session, click Export Capacity and Lead-Time.
  2. Click Open.
