Comments can be used to collaborate between users working on a PFEP document. A comment dialog box will only appear when a PDS is opened if a collaborative discussion on the part is taking place. 

To begin a collaborative discussion, click Comments at the top of the Product Data Sheet.

To hide a Comment dialog window, click Hide at the bottom of the Comment dialog window.
