By accessing the details of an Item Unit of Measure record, the source of the conflict between units of measures can be understood. 

1. Using the Advanced menu, click Item Planning > Item Units of Measure
2. Access the details of an Item Unit of Measure record by clicking the item link.

The below table will appear highlighting that the material release specifies a quantity in "EA" , the capacity was defined by the supplier as "EA", and the bill of material specifies the item in "LB".

By clicking on a blue underlined unit of measure in the above table, the system will route you to the source of where the unit of measure is defined.
