When a sequence rack returns empty to a warehouse, the rack will be scanned. Scanning a sequence rack finds and links broadcast signals to the sequence rack.

Using the hand held menu, scan or load the rack number.

Once the operator scans the empty rack, the system will:

• Look for Sequenced Delivery record 
• Determine how many xx orders per rack
• Find the Broadcast Position
• Find Ship-From
• Find Ship-To
• Look for xx broadcast numbers
• Find all broadcast records for those broadcasts.

Note: Any rack scanned can not be re-scanned for thirty minutes.
