This session allows the user to:


 

The Item Worksheet is a collection of the item data from the Item Master, Item MRP Area and Supplying MRP area sessions. It is used to view and query the combined data. After selecting the desired search criteria, the data is extracted and loaded into an Excel CSV file.

To generate an item worksheet:   

     

  1. Filter what will be presented.
  2. Click Export.


The Upload Item Filter allows you to upload a list of item numbers from an Excel spreadsheet, extract data fields from the Item Master, Ship-to MRP area, and Supplying MRP area tables for those item numbers and place extracted data into an Item Worksheet.

 

To generate an item worksheet by using the Upload Item Filter function:   


  1. Click Export Item Filters to Excel.
  2. Open the Excel file.
  3. Enter the list of item numbers whose records you would like to extract from the tables into the Item Filter column.
  1. Save the Excel file.
  2. Click Browse to select the Excel file.
  3. Click Upload.
  4. Click Process and Load Item Filters.
  5. Select Use Item Filters to implement the filters.
  6. Click Export to export the Item Worksheet. 


To upload an item worksheet using the Upload Worksheet function:


  1. Click Browse to select the Excel file.
  2. Click Upload.
  3. Click Process and Load Data.
  4. Click Export Load File to Excel
