Contact Skills define job skills that a contact possesses. Skills can also be used to allow access to certain sessions and/or display a contact's name in certain drop down menus. 

To add a skill to a contact: 

1. Select the contact. 
2. Select the contact skill. 
3. Click Add Skill. 
4. Click Update. 

To remove a skill from a contact: 

1. Select the contact. 
2. Select the contact skill.
3. Click Remove. 
4. Click Update.
