Minnesota Unitarian Universalist Campus Ministries
by James Park, staff member beginning in 1986,
Board member 1993-1998.
(June 1997, based on the 1989 and 1992 versions)
(Slightly revised February 1998)
(Updated with links to experiments already in progress September 1999)
The following
projects
are experiments that might be worth trying.
The Board of Directors and staff will
have to decide
which might be the most cost-effective:
What are the costs in staff time and
dollars?
What results do we expect?
When I was the paid
staff member of MUUMC,
I prepared a one-page summary for most
of these possible projects,
using the following format:
(1) The Project
(2) Impact on Participants
(3) UU Impact,
(4) Costs
(5) Publicity
(6) Evaluation
(7) Other Comments.
We could choose the
best of these suggested projects
to include in future fund-raising
proposals.
New forms of campus ministry could
encourage
increased funding.
Please suggest additional experiments
worth trying.
