UNITARIAN UNIVERSALISTS WHO DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD
Atheists and Agnostics
There are no organized groups for
atheists and/or agnostics within UUism,
but there are many groups for atheists
in the USA and beyond.
Humanists
The largest single sub-group of
Unitarian Universalists call themselves humanists.
Some are secular humanists and some are
religious humanists.

Buddhists
Some UUs embrace the spiritual
practices developed within Buddhism.
But none could be said to follow or
worship the Buddha,
as found within traditional Buddhism.
Pagans
Earth-centered spirituality is the
focus of UUs who identify themselves as pagans.

sense.
