Avenge Digital LLC

— DO NOT CALL POLICY —

Updated April 17, 2025

Avenge Digital, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, managers, and employees (collectively, “Avenge Digital”) strive to maintain the highest standards of customer service possible in the course of our business and ensure compliance with all federal and state laws.  Accordingly, it is the policy of Avenge Digital to:

A “telephone solicitation call” is any call that is initiated by Avenge Digital to a consumer for the purpose of soliciting a sale of any product or service.   It does not include calls that are made in response to the consumer inquiry when the consumer has provided their permission for us to call.  It also does not include calls initiated solely for customer service purposes or business-to-business calls.

Avenge Digital trains its employees and representatives to ensure their compliance with applicable do-not-call rules.  If employees of Avenge Digital make telephone solicitation calls or send text messages, they are provided training on do-not-call procedures, including, but not limited to use of Avenge Digital’s Do-Not-Call list and implementation of this Do-Not-Call Policy.  Avenge Digital generally only permits telephone calls between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time, in compliance with applicable laws, although stricter time limits are applied in states with different requirements  (e.g., no calls after 8:00 pm in Florida).

NOTE:  The Federal Trade Commission also offers a free service to consumers allowing them to place their residential phone number on a National Do-Not-Call Registry. This service is offered and maintained by the federal government, not by Avenge Digital.  Consumers may add their residential phone number to this list either by calling 1-888-382-1222 or by going to www.donotcall.gov.
