Viewing scheduled backups
You can view a calendar that displays the backups that are scheduled or performed. You can also view any schedules that overlap or errors that have occurred during the backup sessions. The numbers that appear in each cell represent the number of backup activities scheduled or performed in that period.
• Bold (Scheduled only) - The number of activities in the period exceeds the configured maximum concurrent activities set. The number in bold is the actual maximum concurrent amount allowed.
• Light Green (Scheduled / Performed) - A backup in the period overlaps with an Admin process.
• Gray (Performed only) - A backup in the period did not complete before the stop limit time.
The calendar changes depending on the selection. If you select all schedules, every active schedule layered on top of each other is displayed. If you select an individual schedule, only that schedule and any Admin processes is displayed. The color of a time cell represents the type of schedule that will run in that period:
• Admin (Dark Blue) - Schedule is a Daily or Weekly Admin.
• Regular (Yellow) - Schedule will run once during a fixed start and end period.
• Recurring (Dark Green) - Schedule is configured with a detail frequency that will run more than once during the scheduled period.
• No End (Light Blue) - Schedule is configured with no fixed end time.
• Overlapped (Red) - More than one schedule will run in the period.
• Discontinued (White - Performed only) - Schedule no longer applies.
