System Compression

This dialog box allows you to compress any uncompressed backup data (i.e. if the backup set is configured with “NONE” as a compression type).

Options • NOTE: The DS-Client’s encryption keys must be forwarded to the DS-System for this activity to work.
Additional compression threads	The number of additional threads you want to use to perform the compression process. • You can select from 0 to 99 threads (the default is 3). All threads execute parallel to shorten the compression time
