Scheduling the emailing of reports
You can schedule as many Report Tasks as you require. For more information about reports see: “Working with reports”.
NOTE:  The DS-System must be configured to send notifications in the DS-System Configuration. For more information, see: “Configuring the notification settings”. The email address configured in that tab will appear in the “From” field of the email containing the report.
To schedule the emailing of reports:
1. On the Setup menu, click Schedule. The Schedules dialog box appears.

2. To add a scheduled task, click Add. The New Schedule Wizard appears.
NOTE:  To edit a scheduled task, select it and click Edit.

3. On the Select Schedule Type page, select E-Mail Report, and then click Next.
4. On the Select Schedule Time page, do the following:
a) Under Detail Type, select the frequency of the schedule.
b) Under Daily Frequency, specify when the schedule will start, and optionally, when to force the scheduled activity to end.
c) Click Next.

5. On the Email Report Option page, do the following:

a) In the Report Settings section, click Add or Edit. The Add/Modify Scheduled Report dialog box appears.

b) Beside the Description box, type a description of the report that will be created.
c) Beside the Directory box, click [...] and browse for the directory where report will be written.
d) Beside the Report Format box, select the report HTML or CSV.
e) In the Report Type box, select the type of report to send.
f) Under Options select what to generate. The available options are tied to the selected report, and are the same as the options that appear when you choose to print the same report from the Reports menu. For more information, see “Working with reports”.
g) Click OK.
6. Continue adding or editing as many reports as you need for this task.
7. Click Finish.
