Time Issued | Shows the time the request was made. |
Status | Shows the latest status message from the DS-System (in chronological order): • Purchased - You have submitted the Disc/Tape order to the DS‑System. • Finished - Your order has been written to the requested media (Disc/Tape) by the DS-System. • Mailed - Disc/Tape has been mailed to you. |
Media | Shows the number of discs/tapes that will be sent. |
Type | Shows the media type you have selected. |
Options | Shows if the request is for a: • Snapshot - the latest generation of all files in the backup set • Selective Restore - customized request for specific files / folders |
Files Failed | Shows the number (if any) of files that were not successfully processed. |
Refresh | Updates the list with the latest information from the DS-System. |
