Specifying the protocol for dumping the database
To back up an active database, a copy or "dump" of the database must be made.
1. Select the method to handle the database dump.
2. Select the protocol:
• Local File System (for DB2 Server on the DS-Client computer).
• NFS (for remote DB2 Server)
• UNIX-SSH (for remote DB2 Server)
3. Click Next.
