Each athlete will have 7 minutes per lift to find their one rep max!

Clean and Jerk
Back Squat
Push Press
Deadlift

This is for athletes that only wish to participate in the Super Total event for Holiday wars!

Prizes awarded to Top 2 Male and Female!
