The high chair's seat can loosen or detach from the base, posing a fall hazard to the child. Graco, a leading supplier of baby products, has received 58 reports of seats detaching from a line of highchairs sold between September 2007 and December 2010.
The chairs were sold by major retailers including Babies R Us, Target and Walmart, in the United States and Canada.

Approximately 86,000 of these highchairs have been sold in the United States, and another 3,200 have been sold in Canada, prompting Health Canada to join in the recall. Graco is urging consumers to immediately stop using the highchairs and contact the company for a free repair kit.
