Build Wood Dog Crate,Diy Tabletop Garden,Shaker Style Cabinets White - Good Point

Still such a necessity in our lives, this dog kennel is both a tabletop surface and home for our puppy. So we knew better.  We built another house this weekend and let the occupants move in before it was finished. My husband made me one of these crates as a wedding present (he also surprised me with a puppy).
BUYing a Custom Dog Crate: You can custom order your dog a crate from a professional pet shipper who sells and builds wood dog shipping crates to fit any size dog.
Plywood is exempt from the solid wood import export rules since it is many thin layers of wood adhered together which cuts down on the risk of accidentally importing invasive bugs which can hide in a solid raw piece of wood like a 2×4.
For creating hinge holes you can drill 4 channels around the door hole then cover the channels once the door is installed with the left over piece of wood cut to make the door opening. Hi Kyle, domestically yes but for international you will possibly have issues with customs since 2×4 is solid wood and potential for carrying pests. The price tag on this dog crate end table seems a bit insane to me, but I like the contemporary design and multi-purpose use.
This DIY Contemporary Doghouse comes with a full step-by-step tutorial in case you want to make one for your pup. A dog bed nightstand is a great option for those who want to keep their pups close at night but don’t want to share their bed. If you want to go the DIY route, Ana White offers plans on how to build your own DIY Dog Kennel end table.
If you have a medium or large dog, a built-in dog crate under a cabinet or kitchen island might be a more practical option for you.

For the ultimate out-of-the-way dog crate, find an unused nook in the house to build a private room for your pet. Yes, we built it just high enough to slide the crates easily in and out (a must for cleaning because we have long haired dogs).
Not every home buyer would want a built-in- dog crate but I wouldn’t let it stop me from putting one in either.
We brought the crate inside to see if the girls would like it and if the size would fit in our living room, with the intention of hauling it back to the garage for paint and finish. I'm an animal control officer and I'm going to have to get cracking -- I'll need about twelve of these for me, friends, relations, and would-be-animal-adopters, and that's just THIS month! The advantages are they have first hand knowledge of airline’s requirements or size restriction and how much space your sized dog will absolutely need. Add a 1″ wood or metal rail down the entire left and right side of the kennel to help prevent other cargo from being pushed or shifting directly next to the crate which could block the ventilation holes. You can make a 2×4 from plywood then make your extension rails but solid wood is not an option for international destinations unless EACH piece has a wood burned seal proving it has been heat treated to kill any possible bugs.
The steel makes it easy to clean and preempts any potential chewing (for doggies who might like to snack on wood furniture).
This end table was custom built to fit over an existing crate, but if your pets are small you can achieve the same look with a standard table. Also they are well aware of what type of wood to use to avoid having issues with custom agents and border control officers which could potentially get your dog held up in customs or rejected for entry. Once you have the door you can use the door as a pattern by lying it on the end panel of the crate and tracing around it to know what size hole to cut.

Stencil 1″ green letters to spell LIVE ANIMAL with directional arrows pointing up on left, right and back side of the crate, clip-on the metal door the food and water serving dishes and you have a custom airline dog crate. I have a spot in my house that I think this project would be perfect for, but my husband is worried about how future homeowners would feel about our built-in.
Might be a good idea to contact a Pet shipper or two first – who offer custom made dog shipping crates and pick their brains a little. This will insure it is made with wood products that are 100% approved for importing and exporting internationally.
I’ve done some research and found that you really can have stylish dog crates that fit your decor. Send them your dogs measurements and let them tell you what size they would recommend and why. You might also want to try and find a wood shipping crate company in your area as they can cost a ton to ship unless you purchase the break down type. Maybe even plan to pick the crate up in person rather than having it shipped, it can potentially save you a lot of money. They cost way less to ship since they can be shipped un-assembled and also have the advantage of being much easier to store away before and after use.  The break down crate I find intriguing is the QuickCrate their crates snap together in a matter of minutes.
Also you need to consider the health risk that you expose your dog(s) to from the chemicals in the laundry room all day (detergent, dryer sheets, washing tabs etc).
