My dear friends, today we celebrate the anniversary of a day of infamy here in our country, the
40th anniversary of the proclamation, the decision of the Supreme Court that abortion
was a legal right in our country.
The life, the rights, the rights of the children.
Abortion did not count.
My dear friends, it is a terrible blot on our country.
Abortion is the ultimate crime, crime against life.
God who wishes to give human life to us and to many children, souls, and then eternal
life is taken away.
We can only hope that in eternity, somehow or other, like the holy innocents, God will
provide for all these babies.
At the tune, as you know, over a hundred million a year throughout the world.
In America, some close to two million a year.
So we, certainly it's a terrible thing.
Father John Harden talking about this.
Talked about the importance of making reparation for this terrible crime.
And he recommended going to Holy Mass, assisting at Holy Mass, living the Mass, and having
Masses said in reparation for these sins.
This crime of abortion.
Crime of selfishness.
Of course, that's all it is.
Parents do not wish, the mother especially, does not wish to be inconvenienced as it were.
Of course, sometimes there's very extenuating circumstances, embarrassment and so on.
And shame and so forth, all enter into it.
But it begins with self-indulgence.
Using the faculties of generosity.
This is a generation that God has given us for our own pleasure.
And it all goes back to the society which worships sexual pleasure and allows it.
And does not use it as God intended it.
God has intended us as to be procreators in this wonderful life.
Procreators of future life.
He infuses the soul into the body once it has been conceived in the mother's womb.
And so husband and wife are procreators with God.
It's the most beautiful privilege in the world.
Sadly we have abused it in our lustful desires.
And this is why we have the terrible crime of abortion.
And therefore it needs to be recommended.
Jesus who wants to give life and wants to have the little children come unto him.
So this is an abominable crime.
It's the index of one's morality.
If you can abort a child, we can see how sad it is for our society.
Not only we permit it, but we legalize it.
And we promote it.
And this is certainly something that we don't want to have happen.
For too long it's happened already.
God alone creates the human soul.
And he alone has the right to give it life or not.
He alone has privilege of life and death.
Not the human being.
And we have taken this for ourselves.
And it is a terrible crime against God.
And a terrible crime against life.
Because it deprives all these little children of the life that God wants to give them.
Who knows what gifts God had intended these children to give to the world.
How much joy they would share with us.
Instead, we allow the babies to be killed.
And we find, of course, so many women who afterwards repent.
Feel the guilt in their hearts for the rest of their lives.
The guilt and shame.
And this is the price of sin.
This is why we need to make reparation.
And this is why we need to pray.
Pray for souls.
And this, of course, is the price of sin.
This, of course, is the reason why we need to promote chastity.
Because it is the only way.
It's God's way.
God's commandments.
Once we disobey God's commandments, we bring terrible problems on ourselves.
We hurt God immensely.
That's why they're forbidden.
These acts of these sins.
And then we hurt ourselves.
How much guilt these souls feel.
The rest of their lives.
They never forget it.
They never forget it.
Sadly, in a moment of weakness, the mother goes into the abortion clinic and has the
abortion.
And she comes out so depressed.
So full of shame.
Sorry for what she's done.
We feel sorry for these mothers, of course.
And we feel sorry for what they've done.
But we have allowed it.
And the politicians who promote it and the justices who condoned it, they need to examine
their conscience.
We need to rid ourselves of this terrible crime in our nation.
And one of the best ways to do that is to pray.
We need to enlighten the people.
We need to enlighten their will, their minds, so that they understand what they've done.
And then we need to give them the strength of their will, so that they no longer do this.
These abortionists, anybody who promotes abortion, anybody who has helped somebody have an abortion,
those women who have had abortions, and so forth.
They need to all be enlightened.
They need to all be enlightened.
And we need, this can only happen with the grace of God, to bring down the grace of God
into their understanding.
So that their wills will be confirmed in goodness.
And they will not, and they'll be strengthened so that they will not do these crimes.
This is especially important for abortionists.
Those who kill the babies.
For money and so forth.
It's certainly an abomination.
And we know from these 40 years of history that many of them have turned aside, and they're
so sorry.
We're all sinners, I don't want to condemn anybody.
We're all sinners, as we know, let him without sin cast the first stone.
So we want these abortionists to repent of their crimes.

Verse 23
Jesus sacrifies himself for us.
At the consecration, we ask God to stay on earth.
we have the double consecration
the consecration of the bread to the body of Christ
and the consecration of the wine to the blood of Christ
whenever you have a separation
of the body from the blood
we have death
and there is the sacrifice of Jesus Christ
the same sacrifice that he did on the cross
now of course by the priest
as Jesus has asked us to do this in remembrance of me
in and on bloody matter
but still we see always the enactment of Christ's sacrifice
and so we need to live the mass
making sacrifices as Our Lady of Fatima said
to make sacrifices for sinners
because as she says
many souls will go to hell
because no one makes praise or sacrifices for them
so when we live the mass we make sacrifices
and we make sacrifices
and we live a life of sacrifice
and then we should have masses said
for the reparation
for the sin of abortion
and for the conversion of abortionists
and also for the reconciliation
of the women with God
so that they would be freed from the guilt of this sin
at least they will know that God has forgiven them
this is a wonderful
a wonderful feeling
a wonderful feeling
in the Catholic Church
we know we have confession
and this sin can be forgiven of course
any sin that we're particularly sorry for
the Lord will forgive
no matter how big
he's a God of mercy
of course we have to forgive ourselves
that's not so easy
but God will forgive us
and that's very important
and that's why we want to pray
during these times
of this terrible sin in our society
for the conversion of abortionists
and for the conversion of those women
who've had abortion
and in reparation for the sins
and with God's grace
this blot in our society
will be removed
and somehow or other we'll have a miracle
where we will no longer have abortion
in our land
we've been at it now for 40 years
a biblical number
40 years the Jews wandered in the desert
so America has wandered in a wasteland
for 40 years
and let's hope
that the politicians
will see what they've done
and the people will see what they've done
and will repent of our sins
so we ask this God
we ask this grace of God
so that we will
be able to continue
and give life
to all those millions and millions of babies
that have been aborted
a hundred million a year
who can even imagine
what that is like
a hundred million children
killed every day
every year
in our world
so we need to pray
and sacrifice
because
as I see it
this is the crime
that will bring down
terrible punishments
on our land
as we know America
is suffering a great deal
in many areas
and there's wars
and there's persecutions
and so on
and it's all due to sin
the sins that we have committed
especially the sin of abortion
so let us pray
pray the rosary
as Our Lady said at Fatima
to make up for the sins of the world
and to make sacrifices
so that for the conversion of sinners
and for the conversion of abortionists
that they will no longer
do this heinous crime
