{FIRSTNAME Fellow_Marketer},

Welcome to Part III of "Instant Cashflow Secrets". If you're
constantly at a loss for 'hot' product ideas... You won't be 2
days from now. That's a promise. ;-) You'll discover proven,
fast product creation techniques used by people like Yanik
Silver, Corey Rudl, Anthony Stillwell, Jimmy D. Brown, Tony
Blake, Joe Vitale and others.

Creating your own product doesn't have to be a pain and it
doesn't have to take weeks. Some of the techniques you'll read
will show you how to get a unique product of your own and start
making sales in a matter of days.

-----

This is one of those rarely talked about incredibly profitable
product creation strategies that puts YOU in control of your
profits. Imagine selling a product with a high perceived value
to your customers, but costs almost nothing to reproduce.

You'll have a product of your own that others would LOVE to buy
without you having to do much more than a little research and
create a sales letter for your new product that tells people
where to send their money.

I'm not kidding.

Some of the wealthiest people in the world specialize in selling
software applications. High perceived value versus an extremely
low-cost to reproduce in mass quantities.

Become A Software Guru Or At Least Pretend To Be One

If you take a good look at some of the most successful products
being sold online you'll notice that many of them are software
programs and scripts. And the great thing is that YOU don't have
to be a programmer to get your hands on extremely profitable
software products.

There are obscene profits to be made from your own software
product. No one has to know that you aren't the programmer. It
just doesn't cross most people's minds that people selling
software aren't always the ones who created it.

For that reason, you may have not given the idea of owning a
software product of your own much thought. GIVE it some thought.
You're missing out on possibly some of the easiest money you'll
ever make.

Successful software now selling online...

"The Internet Success Spider" by Neil Shearing. This is one of
Neil's best selling products and he didn't create it. He even
says so in his sales letter. He came up with the idea and hired
a programmer to do the actual work.

What Neil added was a report that makes successfully using "The
Spider" a no-brainer and he probably wrote the sales letter. How
would you like to have a great product without creating it?

"CGI Toolbox" - Wes Blaylock has a package full of scripts that
many, many marketers own. Myself included. I don't know if Wes
writes these scripts himself, but that's not important. He could
have easily had a program create them for him.

All he would need is the idea and there are literally thousands
of programmers standing by that would be more than willing to
write the code.

Tony Blake created "Black Belt Powersponder" which is a follow-up
marketing script. I seriously doubt Tony wrote the code for this
script not because I don't think he's capable... He's just too
busy to devote time to writing and debugging scripts. It's much
more profitable to have a programmer do it for you.

"BlackBelt Powersponder" - Don't forget to duck. ;-)

Corey Rudl markets "Mailloop" which he didn't create. He simply
found a software program he liked and negotiated a deal with the
person or people who created it. There is almost no cost for
Corey to deliver this program as a digital download compared to
the profits it generates for him.

Software puts you in a profitable position of power. You dictate
how much money you get paid. You control the growth of your
business. There's a HUGE upside to getting control of a product
that's almost pure profit.

Dmitry Nanev created (or did he) "Sales Ratio Booster". It's a
.cgi script that allows you to personalize your website with the
First Name of the visitors to your site. Visitors you get to your
site through certain mailing lists that is.

See "Sales Ratio Booster" here...

You're only limited by your imagination. If you can think of an
idea, there's someone out there who can bring your idea to life.
No matter how "off the wall" your idea may be or how unlikely it
sounds. Just make sure you have a market (people who want to buy
a certain type of product) before you create it.

An alternative to the $80 a month "Human Click" software.

Someone decided that "Human Click" and "Live Helper" could use
some competition so they came out with "Php Live Helper". It's a
.php program when installed on your site allows you to interact
with your site visitors.

A one-time fee versus pay by the month with the other more well-
known services.

Take a look at "Php Live Helper" here...

The major gripe with "HumanClick" and "Live Helper" I always hear
is that they cost too much. Well, someone was listening. Always
listen when you hear people complain. You just might be able to
step in and provide the right solution for the right price. ;-)

Above are just a few examples of people selling high-profit
software products without necessarily having to create them or
write a single line of code.

Not too many people would reveal this fact to you, but the way I
see it... You're reading this eCourse to get information you can
actually use so it's my job to give the goods.

Now, how to get your software created...

There are a couple of sites that specialize in helping anyone
find talented and very creative programs who will bring your
software ideas to life.

Two of the main sites are:

Elance

Rent-A-Coder

Side Tip - When you use sites like the ones above, you need to
make sure you know exactly what you want from a programmer. You
need to spend time and really think about what you want your
software program or script to do BEFORE you start dealing with a
programmer. It makes everything a lot easier.

One way to do this is to write your sales letter first. Write out
everything you want your product to do and use those list of
benefits to come up with the outline you will need to give the
programmer you choose to work on your project.

Benjamin Prater created a great manual on the subject called
"Software Secrets EXPOSED" which outlines proven steps to go from
idea to product fast.

"Software Secrets EXPOSED"

I own a copy of this manual and highly recommend it. Don't
stumble around in the dark. Know how to get what you want from
the start. Your bank account will thank you.

I'll leave with a couple of tips for coming up with ideas...

=> Is there a void in the marketplace. A void doesn't always
mean that there aren't software solutions out there that
people want. What it means is are those software solutions
highly visible to their intended audiences?

If not, you can see what others have created and build on what
they've already done. A high percentage of the people who create
software programs don't know how to market them or even know how
much commercial viability their product has.

Take Brian Garvin and "Opt-In Lightning" for example. Brian did
not create this script. He found a programmer who had created an
interesting looking script and offered to work with him on the
marketing end of things.

Check out "Opt-In Lightning"
http://hop.clickbank.net/hop.cgi?pricing/lightning

Brian knew what marketers where looking for and the programmer
(Gary Ambrose) knew how to deliver. Scour the freeware and share-
ware sites for programs you think (when improved) could be 'hot'
sellers. Remember the tip on collaboration? Same thing.

FreeWare Sites:

Some programmers only HOPE to make a profit from their creations
so if you can show them a definite way to do that... You'll soon
have your pick of software products to have developed or upgraded
to your specifications which should be based on what you KNOW
people want in a product.

The only way to really know what your target market is looking
for in a software product is to ask them before you go off
searching for your next big idea so in tomorrow's email I'll show
you how to get the exact feedback you need to get started right.

=> What type of program would help you do the things you do in
your business, only better? How many times have you wished
that someone would come up with a software product that
     "Insert Benefit Here?"

Some of the best products are born out of one person's need for
automation or order. The thing to remember is that if something
will help YOU, it stands to reason that it would help the people
who run the same type of business you do.

As with all things marketing related you have to test and back
up your feelings. What you FEEL will sell will sometimes put you
in the poorhouse. Back up your feelings with solid input from the
very people you will sell your finished product to.

I'll show you how do that tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Best Wishes,

Anthony Stillwell

P.S. Tomorrow you'll see how to get your target market to tell
you not only where it hurts, but how you can help them stop the
pain in exchange for their money. Sounds good to me. How about
you? I thought so. ;-)
