Finding the Zeros of a Quartic Function Using Function Intersection
Create a new Graph Window.
Input the quartic function and press Enter.
To find the zeros of the quartic identify the intersection of the graph and the x-axis.
Reset the window settings if necessary
Access the function intersection tool.
Move the pointer to hover over the graph of the quartic and press Enter.
Repeat by moving the pointer to hover over the x-axis and press Enter.
The intersection points, if there are any, are highlighted.
Label the coordinates to find the values for the zeros of the function.
