Notice that how still shares the same y-intercept as the original function.
Define function cubic f3 that results in a vertical translation of the original function.
Now define cubic function f4 that it results in a horizontal translation of the original function.
Change function f1 and see how the corresponding functions change, while they maintain
their relative distance from f1.
