			Step 1: Set your keyboard shortcut

To start with Grid first open its Preferences and set your desired keyboard shortcut. Predefined is Command-Option-Tilde. This may not be conveniently to reach on non-English keyboards so you can easily change it by clicking the button in the shortcut field and setting it to what suits you best.

Check or uncheck Show icon in menu bar and Show icon in Dock to show or hide the menu extra or Dock icon.

Note: If you hide both menu extra and Dock icon you need to remember the keyboard shortcut to call Grid's panel. To quit it then, call the panel and hit Command-Q.
