Liz Myers is an executive coach and consultant specializing in leadership development and team effectiveness. Her superpower is giving structure to the intangible, blending practical, actionable steps towards progress with the wisdom that comes with a conscious inner journey.

Emily Bass holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Alaska, is a Certified Master Coach (CMC) from the Center for Coaching Certification, an internationally accredited Advanced Certified Practitioner (ACP) from Assessments 24x7, President and owner of Emily Bass Strategies, LLC, and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Emily launched her coaching business in 2016 believing each person’s individual style for connecting with others is their ticket to success. Due to this belief, she uses assessment-based coaching to help you understand yourself and others effectively.

Working with executives, emerging leaders and sales professionals, Emily experiences the most success with those who are open to understanding themselves and others, who see the value in strong interpersonal relationship skills and who commit to the coaching process. Her coaching process takes your vision, and as your accountability partner, guides development of small, manageable action steps – moving you closer to that vision every day.

Coming with a unique skill set, her background includes leadership, philanthropic and donor program management, clinical and macro social work, coaching world-class athletes, and as an entrepreneur. Emily has experience as both an internal and external coach. She offers a wide range of assessments, workshops, one-on-one coaching as well as succession, retention and hiring strategies. Elitza Ranova, PhD, PCC, president-elect@ICFNE.org

Elitza Ranova is an experienced coach, facilitator, and mentor coach with a focus on leadership development, learning, and equity and justice in the workplace. Her first-hand professional understanding of health-related settings, such as medical schools, hospitals, and research, has taught her the many subtle and not-so-subtle ways in which power dynamics play out and inhibit individuals and teams. Elitza helps leaders to grow their political savvy and successfully lead their teams in competitive terrains.

Elitza trains and mentors new coaches privately as well as through CoachRICE at the Jones Business School at Rice University. She serves as a designated assessor for the ICF at the PCC level. Elitza holds a PCC from the ICF and a PhD in sociocultural anthropology.

Rach is Leadership Development Coach & Trainer with over 20 years of professional experience in the Boston Tech & Non-Profit Industry designing & implementing strategy in large scale organizations to improve Customer Operations, HR, and Sales Operations. 

A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and Babson’s MBA program, she brings a unique approach to coaching that blends creativity and strategy to support her clients through their unique personal and professional challenges. She has extensive experience developing and implementing high-impact training, development and coaching programs in organizations of all sizes from scaling start-ups to Fortune 500 Organizations.

Her coaching expertise supports leaders at all stages of the leadership journey from emerging leaders to tenured executives looking to optimize their performance and reach their full potential. Leveraging one-on-one, group/ team coaching, and assessments (Leadership Circle & Hogan), Rach works with clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set attainable goals, and develop actionable strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve success. With this expertise, support, and accountability partnership, her clients are able to enhance their leadership skills, improve their decision-making, and drive positive change in their organizations.

Susan Clancy, treasurer@ICFNE.org

Susan is an ICF-certified coach and business consultant who combines her senior management experience with human dynamics expertise. She works as a trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating with them to create clarity, focus, and priorities for their work, their teams and their lives. Susan’s passion is helping managers, entrepreneurs, and executives in specialized disciplines like finance and technology.

Prior to becoming a coach, Susan enjoyed a 20+ year career in finance and strategy, including C-level roles in global for-profit and non-profit organizations. She played a leadership role at two early Internet pioneers (ZDNet and CNET Networks) and ran Finance and Impact Investing for a world leader in microfinance (Accion International.). Most recently, Susan served as CFO of a biotech venture, helping to build the company’s foundation for finance, HR and leadership culture.

Susan is a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Business School. She received her coach training and certification at the Gestalt International Study Center in Wellfleet, MA. She also completed a certificate program in Positive Psychology taught by noted professor Tal Ben Shahar.

In addition to running her coaching practice, Susan serves as Board Secretary of the International Coaching Federation’s New England chapter. She also serves as Board Treasurer for the Gestalt International Study Center. When she’s not coaching leaders or analyzing financial statements, you can usually find Susan on the tennis court, hiking or listening to mindfulness teachings by Thich Nhat Hanh.

Lynn Bagdasian is the founder of Lynn Bagdasian Life Coaching, LLC, where she specializes in empowering clients to gain insight & clarity and reach their full potential. She earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Lynn holds a certification as a Grief Educator from David Kessler+grief.com, and is an iPEC Energy Leadership Master Practitioner.

Lynn serves as a volunteer, training and mentoring Tanzanian Coaches to support the next generation of East African women leaders.

When she's not coaching clients, leading workshops in her community or volunteering, Lynn enjoys spending time with her family & friends, meeting new people and traveling around the world. She is happiest when she is helping others create the life of their dreams.

Elyse Rast, PhD, volunteer@ICFNE.org

With 20+ years of nonprofit management, education, and volunteer training, Elyse supports individuals and teams looking to stop negative thought patterns and create lasting changes. Her experience teaching every age, from two-year-olds through elderly adults, has positioned her to understand how people learn and what they need to grow and change. This expertise and firsthand knowledge, coupled with four advanced degrees, allowed Elyse to create an accountability system to help people make lasting changes in their personal and professional lives.

After graduating from Lesley University in 2017 with a Ph.D. in educational studies, Elyse started EHR Consulting, and in 2022 its offshoot, EHR Coaching, was born. She brings a curious outlook and an empathetic lens to her coaching practice and helps businesses and individuals uncover ineffectual thinking patterns through awareness and accountability.

Elyse lives in Westwood, MA with her fiancée, Liz. She has a son and daughter in college, performs improv once a month at a murder mystery dinner theater, and volunteers weekly as a crisis counselor.

Laurie is a senior HR Talent Management Leader and certified Executive Coach with expertise in organizational learning strategy, leadership and team development, executive coaching, and organizational transformation. She is currently the Sr. Director of Learning and Development at EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, a fast-growing biotech company in the Boston areas, where she works with business leaders to provide coaching, leadership development, team effectiveness solutions, and organizational development programs that drive business goals.

Laurie is passionate about helping leaders and teams achieve their goals through a combination of human-centric and business-driven practices. She has worked in a variety of industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, and pharmaceutical. Her areas of expertise include designing strategic leadership development initiatives at all levels, driving organizational transformation, and implementing competency-based learning curriculum to support organizational development. She has established internal coaching cohorts to enhance the development experience of leaders and provide growth opportunities to internal HR and business leaders to develop their coaching edge.

Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Northeastern University and earned her master’s degree in Organization Development & Leadership (MSODL) and Executive Coaching Certificate from Saint Joseph’s University and Center for Executive Coaching. She earned an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through International Coach Federation (ICF). Laurie is a certified practitioner in Hogan Personality Index, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Predictive Index, Learning Agility, and Leadership Agility.

Amy is the founder of Charleston Consulting Group, LLC, a boutique executive coaching and consulting firm offering a range of services from advisory, consulting, executive coaching, team facilitation, and leadership training workshops to help companies succeed and thrive. 

With more than twenty years of experience and capability, Amy’s expertise in working with start-up, emerging growth and well-established companies has been a key asset to the clients she serves, combining her entrepreneurial passion and strategic thinking to identify and articulate roadmaps for growth. Her client roster covers a broad range of domestic and international clients across several industries including academia, energy, fashion, financial services, government, pharma, technology, and the non-profit sector. 

As a certified executive coach and a business consultant, Amy coaches executive level clients through their most pressing professional development challenges around areas such as leadership effectiveness, impactful communication, and team results.  Amy’s ability to connect deeply with her clients is driven by her compassion and innate curiosity, and she is known for building trusting relationships while holding her clients accountable.  Drawing upon her vast experience and business acumen, she quickly becomes a valued resource for her clients helping them to move forward to bring greater impact to their organizations.   

Amy also works with Harvard Business School Executive Education as an executive coach and facilitator for several of their open enrollment and custom senior executive leadership programs. Prior to starting her executive coaching and consulting practice, Amy was co-founder of a branded consumer goods company whose product line garnered retail distribution throughout the United States.  Amy was instrumental in growing the company from initial concept into a nationally recognized brand. 

Amy is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), earned her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GCEC) from William James College and holds a BA in Psychology from Syracuse University. She is credentialed in a cadre of best-in-class instruments creating a vast tool kit from which to draw upon as she supports her clients to accelerate forward achieving transformational change. Amy currently lives in Canton, MA with her husband.

Joshua Hornick, JD, PCC, education@ICFNE.org

Josh Hornick coaches a wide range of players. He has no niche. Aside from his private practice, he runs a small coach training program.

He completed his coach training at CoachVille in 2005. He received his PCC in 2006. He taught at CoachVille for nine years, teaching at one time or another almost all the curriculum. He also critiqued over 200 coaching sessions. Like most of us, he always continues to study and explore coaching and its allied arts.

Before coaching, Hornick was a school teacher. He taught high school and middle school science and mathematics. He also co-founded and ran for seven years North Star: Self-Directed Learning for Teens in Sunderland, MA. Before that, Hornick worked as a lawyer. He earned his Masters in Science Education at CCNY and his law degree from the University of Chicago.

Hornick resides in Amherst, MA, with his wife, his younger son, and his dog. He enjoys playing Ultimate frisbee and accompanying comedy improv musicals.

With 18 years of success leading businesses and nonprofits to elevate individual and organizational resilience, Amy Perez supports individuals and those who lead them, to emotional wellbeing for greater engagement, fulfillment, and results even in tough times.

She brings in expertise and years of firsthand experience and couples her knowledge with her deep and effective intuition. She helps business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as organizations, navigate from where they’re stuck NOW to where they want to go.

A Certified Mediator, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and PCC Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Amy has a background in nonprofit leadership, crisis management, and working with transformation. Amy understands the power of healing your own life as you build a better future in your career, business, and relationships.

She loves building community, shows up with her full attention to everyone she works with, and is excited to work with clients ready for more clarity, self-awareness, confidence, and joy, to lean into their strengths in a radical way.

For fun, Amy loves spending time with her partner and teen boys, traveling around their home in New Hampshire and the world. She has a long list of favorite podcasts, is an avid reader, and has two cuddly Boston Terriers who she snuggles with as much as possible.

Thea Charles is the founder of Thea Renel Coaching, which specializes in life and leadership coaching along with mentorship coaching for coaches pursuing ICF certification.

As a result of previous work in a fast-paced, high-risk hospital laboratory, Thea’s approach is methodical and structured. She helps clients see the big picture when they feel stuck in the details and is open to pivoting when presented with a new perspective. Thea’s coaching specialization is around boosting confidence in skills and being aware of blind spots. In her experience, people have the answers but they just need to build confidence to trust themselves. In today’s fast-paced world, Thea preaches the importance of leveraging the power of the pause to gain clarity.

Thea earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Providence College. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Her passion for creating equitable spaces started long before DEI was present in everyday conversation. Thea strives to drive awareness of biases when coaching, extend coaching to underrepresented groups, and ensure ICFNE serves as a model of excellence for DEI.
