Stephen Drury

Chairman of the Board

Stephen Drury serves as the Chamber’s Chairman of the Board. He also currently serves as the founding Director of the UPCI Stewardship Group, established in 2002, whose mission is to build trust and provide solutions based on Biblical stewardship principles for various ministries, churches, and individuals.

In 2009 he co-founded LifeSprings Ventures, a group of business leaders & professionals who are passionate about creating new business ventures to fund UPCI ministries. LifeSprings has since invested in sixteen companies across the United States. In 2017, he co-founded Impact Junkie, a for-profit social change engine.

Steve also served 26 years as the President of Tupelo Children’s Mansion, and where he and his wife Evelyn founded New Beginnings International Adoption Agency.

Steve is an alumnus of Apostolic Bible Institute, a board member at Faith Tabernacle UPC in Manchester, Connecticut, and maintains a UPCI Ordination in the Arkansas District. He holds a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the School of Philanthropy at Indiana University.

Steve and his wife Evelyn live in St. Louis, Missouri, where they attend church at New Life St. Louis in Bridgeton, Missouri.

Randy Fluitt

Chairman Elect

Randy Fluitt serves as the Chamber’s Chairman Elect. He retired in 2016 as an Executive Vice President with Fidelity National Information Services. His career in the banking industry spans several senior leadership positions with different companies including serving as Bankline, Inc. President and CEO. Randy has lead numerous acquisitions and participated in taking a company public. Many of the innovations in online banking can be attributed to the teams Randy has led, including everyday conveniences like mobile deposit.

He is an alumnus of Texas Bible College where he serves as the Chairman of the Alumni Association. As one of the founders of LifeSprings, a division of UPCI’s Stewardship Group, Randy is a champion for Apostolic entrepreneurship

Randy serves as a board member and key leader at the First Apostolic Church in Dripping Springs, TX under pastor Steven Green.

Delano Sherley, CPA

Treasurer

Delano Sherley is Owner and President of Delano Sherley & Associates, Inc., a CPA firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio is serving as the Chamber’s inaugural Treasurer. He has over thirty-three years of accounting experience, including the non-profit, engineering, and construction industries. He has served as Controller and CFO for numerous closely held businesses. His areas of expertise include business plans, financial reporting, financial forecasting, bank financing, cash flow management, and accounting systems development.

Delano has volunteered and served on several non-profit organizational boards and is currently serving as a financial consultant for Compassion Services International and Purpose Institute, as a board member of the United Pentecostal Church Stewardship Foundation and is also the treasurer of The Calvary Church in Cincinnati, under Pastor Tom Ellis.

In addition to his consulting services, Delano maintains a schedule of speaking engagements throughout the U.S. He has spoken at state and national conferences on the topics of personal finance, financial management, accounting, ministerial taxes and stewardship. Delano holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.

Michael Ensey

Board Member

Michael Ensey, Chamber Board Member, oversees the Chamber’s Young Professionals efforts. Michael currently serves as the senior pastor of Christian Life Center in Heath, OH.

He served for ten years as assistant/youth pastor at Living Way Church in Conroe, TX. Seven of those years he also served as youth president of the UPCI Texas District. He then served eight years as an executive (Director of Promotion, Secretary/Treasurer and General Youth President) of the UPCI Youth Ministries in St. Louis, MO.

Michael is a graduate of Texas Bible College and is currently enrolled in Urshan Graduate School of Theology pursuing a masters degree in theology.

He is married to his wife of 20 years, Rebecca. They are blessed with two handsome boys, Lincoln and Grant, and one beautiful princess, Avery.

Lea Culver

Board Member

Lea Culver is one of the founding members of Creek Technologies Company (CreekTech) and now serves as the sole owner, and President and CEO since June 2017. With more than 35 years in the federal information technology and intelligence services business, he leads the company to consistently report increases in size and revenue exceeding one hundred percent year over year since 2012.

Upon separating from U.S. Army after Desert Shield and Storm, his experience gained from the Military Intelligence Branch equipped him to manage large Department of Defense programs as a federal contractor, in both large and small business companies, that shaped information technology transformation for the Army and Air Force.

He leads the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) master’s degree program delivered at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Center for Homeland Defense and Security (CHDS), a program which was recently ranked the #1 graduate school program for homeland security in the Nation.

His heartbeat is supporting under resourced churches coming through North American Mission to assist with administrative and organizational integration, strategic evangelism, and management of church administration. Other important ministries Lea has served in over decades are pastoral associate, evangelist, outreach director, foreign missions director, Sunday school teacher, youth pastor, family ministry pastor, and the Ohio District Sunday School board.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Organizational Leadership, two Master’s degrees (MBA and Master’s in Homeland Security), and is a Ph.D. candidate at Franklin University.

He sits on numerous boards with Franklin University, The Kritērion Group, LLC., Dover Real Estate Investment Group, LLC., and ACC Property Management, LLC.

Lea also coaches and mentors apostolic small business owners assisting them in navigating the different phases of startup and understanding the principles of stewardship which forms the organizational culture of business operations.
