Year Biographies full text
As part of the anniversary-year program, members of the Anniversary Committee
prepared biographical sketches of twenty-seven members of the Club. The focus was on earlier, now deceased
members of the Club, although an exception was made in the case of two
then-living members—Orville T. Bailey and Elmer Gertz. These biographical sketches were read at the
Club’s meetings during the year (in the order and on the dates indicated below)
and, with some minor editing and revisions, are included here in their
