Incline bench dumbbell press, lose belly fat men - For Begninners

Sit on the bench with your feet flat on the floor and your back and shoulders pressed firmly back against the back rest.
Push the dumbbells up and away from you using your shoulders and chest while straightening your arms. Continue raising the dumbbells until your arms are straight and the dumbbells are suspended above your chest.


Lower the dumbbells back towards your chest by relaxing your chest and shoulders while bending your elbows. At the top of the motion the dumbbells should be almost touching each other and above the eyes.
You can even perform this move using a preacher curl bench (the one predominantly used for biceps) by hooking your feet under the seat pad.


Maintain slight arch in low back with chest high and your butt is back on the incline bench.
