I think being apart of a group and paying for classes gives you that extra oomph to get off your a**.
I've come across numerous workout blogs and found some get tips and workout ideas that I hope to try.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to workout as much as I wanted to but did an awesome class this weekend with a family friend who teaches all types of yoga and classes. It's been a challenge to get motivated lately, especially with the depressing weather.I found a great workout plan for the month of April.
