Sometimes the only thing that gets me out of bed in the morning to go to the gym is the fact that I have a little snack beforehand. And there was a little bit of humor interjected here and there.My only complaint is the title, it's one of the stupidest titles imaginable, but I suppose the book had to have some sort of hook.I just wish that Dr Hutchinson was there to interpret every new fitness study that comes out in the future! Everyone should read this book--especially those who think physical fitness means eating nothing. When different people with different fitness goals should do different things, Hutchinson says so. If you know what your fitness goals are, and want to determine how best to reach those goals, this is the book for you.
