I love the online community that shares motivational tips and success stories after following the same videos. I absolutely love and swear by this video and I have already recommended it to tons of friends who have also enjoyed it thoroughly. Since I also dance, do yoga, run and play tennis (I told you I love working out), I manage to do the Insanity programme only 3-4 times a week, but I started seeing results even on day 15 of the workout.
